Pouring a mold

Cirecast operates out of modern 13,000 square foot office and manufacturing facility located in San Francisco. The company has dedicated facilities for drafting, pattern and mold making, and prototype development. State of the art manufacturing includes a wax room where each wax is hand inspected and touched up, investment and casting lines as well as a broad array of milling, CNC equipment, grinding, polishing and patination areas used to finish product.

Cirecast uses equipment including three dimensional photolithography, pantographs, and precise tools for carving details into wax models.

Production is done in small batches to ensure consistent high quality. Machining, polishing and decorative chasing are done by hand.
